When life takes an unexpected turn and you feel lost and bewildered by your circumstances, turn to God. He will never leave you. You are not lost. You are exactly where you are supposed to be—in the comfort of His presence.

Dear Lord, You are always with me, and because of this truth I am never alone or lost.

Often we focus so much on our worries that we neglect to see what is certain and constant—His many blessings. Remind yourself that no matter what you are going through, as Psalm 30 promises, “joy comes in the morning.”

Heavenly Father, my joy is knowing that I can trust Your promises to always lift my spirits.
